To protect against unauthorized distribution and piracy, this product utilizes a proprietary custom Unity tool for license validation.

• How it works: Upon importing the package into Unity, you will be prompted to enter the official license key received from Gumroad or Payhip upon checkout. An active internet connection is required only for this initial one-time validation.
• Single PC Activation: Each license key is strictly locked to a single PC upon activation. Once activated, the key cannot be reused, shared, transferred, or activated on other machines.
• Privacy & Data Guarantee: We respect your privacy. The validation system strictly checks the activation status of the key. No personal data, hardware identifiers, IP logs, or tracking metrics are remotely harvested; verification state is kept locally on your machine.

• Personal Use: You are granted a single-user, non-transferable personal license to use the avatar on your private VRChat account.
• Media, Video & Streaming Content: By owning and possessing the avatar, you are fully permitted to create content and stream across all social and media platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, VTubing, etc.). Crediting TheIceDragonz is warmly appreciated, but not mandatory.
• Couple / Duo Edition Package: If you purchased the couple edition, splitting the purchase cost is permitted solely and exclusively between you and your partner. You are authorized to upload the avatar privately directly to your partner's VRChat account. Sharing the raw package files or license key with your partner remains strictly prohibited.
• Strictly Non-Commercial Files: Commercial resale of the 3D model files, meshes, textures, or derivative packages is strictly prohibited.

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate, permanent license key revocation without refund, blacklisting, and applicable DMCA legal action. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• No Tampering / Modification: Do not tamper with, modify, reverse engineer, bypass, or crack the custom Unity license activation system and security scripts.
• No Redistribution or Leaking: Do not share, leak, trade, sub-license, or resell the Unity packages, 3D models, textures, shaders, license key, or activation tools in any form.
• No Public Avatars: Do not upload these assets as public VRChat avatars, avatar pedestals, or world cloneables.
• No Claiming as Own: Do not claim the 3D meshes, textures, rigs, animations, or activation scripts as your own creation.

Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of 3D downloadable files and license keys, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or the license key has been generated/activated.

TheIceDragonz reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service when necessary. Any revisions will not retroactively revoke rights granted under earlier purchases made before modification dates.
